Monarch Vacations is a locally owned boutique company specializing in waterfront, water-view, and luxury homes across Whidbey Island. We bring more than 20 years of digital marketing and sales experience to every property, alongside dynamic pricing, professional presentation, and hands-on day-to-day management.

Across the Island

Our homes are spread across Whidbey Island's most desirable communities: Langley, Clinton, Freeland, Greenbank, Useless Bay, Mutiny Bay, and Lagoon Point. Most sit right on the water, with private beach access, hot tubs, and fire pits. Many welcome pets. The island is an easy ferry ride from Seattle, but it feels like a different world. Guests come for the beaches, the trails, the oyster farms, and the restaurants in Langley. They come back because the homes are genuinely good and the setting is hard to leave.
