Evergreen Escape I Hot Tub I Sleeps 8

This was a great and peaceful spot! The large yard was perfect for the dog and the house had a lot of space. There were just two of us, but you could easily have shared it with a larger family or friends. The hot tub was a great amenity too.

We had an awesome time at the house! We celebrated my daughter’s 16th birthday with a few friends, and the host was incredibly accommodating and truly went above and beyond to make sure we could have a wonderful celebration. The house was very well equipped and exceptionally clean. The mattresses and pillows were comfortable, and the house had everything we needed. The jacuzzi was super clean and in excellent condition. We especially loved the privacy and the feeling of being in the middle of the forest. The backyard was fully fenced, with the exception of one small spot at the far end where a tree had fallen on the fence. It was far from the house and not noticeable at all, even for our pup. Our dog absolutely enjoyed having the freedom to run around and play fetch! We had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated how welcoming and accommodating the host was. We hope to come back soon!

The house met our needs very well. It had the space we needed and was tastefully decorated. Kirsten stocks it with great products, including coffee and tea. We were a bit surprised to find that the kitchen included a Keurig machine and a French Press (neither of which we are used to using). Making coffee for 4 adults was a bit cumbersome, but the coffee using the French Press was delicious. We were surprised by how many books and toys were available for children. The air hockey in the garage was fun (this must have replaced the ping pong table). The photos didn't really reflect the fact that the house is on a fairly steep hill. Finding the driveway was initially a little challenging. It was great to have a large, fenced backyard (we had two dogs with us), but the whole yard sloped downhill, limiting play activities (for dogs and children). The Clinton location met our needs with lots of playgrounds and beaches nearby. Langley is a cute town worth exploring.
